Congratulations to Kelly & Shane who tested for their yellow belts on Saturday
Congratulations to Nathan who got his yellow belt a few weeks ago after competing in his first submission wrestling tournament in UCD.
Nathan’s a tough little cookie, and can concentrate when he wants to (but most often choses not to concentrate
)
He had a few matches against The Spartans, and did quite well.
Of course, Nathan and Daniel still have issues to sort out!
Dara & Luke picked up their orange belts the other week.
Both of these little critters bring a lot of fun and smiling to the class and are a pleasure to coach.
Keep up the good work!
Big thanks to Liam, who helped out with coaching the Monkeys today and equipped himself admirably.
Well done! Liam even asked if he could coach again in the future, so maybe the monkeys will have a third coach? ![]()

Dara, Davide & Luke graded successfully for their yellow belts on Wednesday.
Well done guys, keep up the mischief!
No training on this Saturday (October 13th) due to the Dublin Open Submission Tournament.
The junior competition is on Sunday, good luck to the Agoge, in particular Danny, Kirsty and Nikita who moved up from the monkeys this summer.
Remember, Crossfit Kids programs start this Tuesday, October 16th and Wednesday October 17th is Bring a Friend Day
Thanks,
Colm & Daniel

It’s great to see kids that only a small while ago were apprehensive about taking part in the class laughing and volunteering for games and willing to get into contact.
Guard Spinning is a game we play at the start of a lot of classes to help build up mobility while on your back. This helps the kids develop a good defence - the more mobile you are and the better you can move your hips the better a wrestler/martial artist you’ll be.
